    Why would you buy MGX @ 86.5 which equates to 28.8 in AZR terms if everyone is expecting the T/O of AZR to happen?

    If people are so confident the T/O will happen then surely you would be much better off buying MGX today as AZR is trading at 82.5-84 equiv.
