- Dual-listed miner Orocobre (ORE) has entered an agreement to acquire 100 per cent of Advantage Lithium Corp
- Currently, Orocobre is Advantage's largest shareholder, holding 34.7 per cent of Advantage's issued shares
- Under the proposed agreement, Advantage shareholders will receive 0.142 shares of Orocobre per Advantage share
