Anyone consider NIO and their KNCP?

Their tenements border each other. Ive been tossing this idea around since NIO started their aquisition in the area. Readhead was also heading up NIO, which was HCY at the time, but took a back step due to potential conflicts of interest.

NIO is currently dirt cheap IMO and quite obviously need a bigger player make thier big ideas work. They only have 800 thousand cash at the moment but need 800 Million for capital development....of course, that is if they go it alone.....

Although they do seem very cheap there is also the issue of massive overhang of options which will make raising the capital even harder than in it already is.

FWIW I hold a miniscule amount of NIO post consolidation.

I have no HRR.
