    Very simple MS wants a $4b market cap and a SP target of $1 so dilution has not started yet. Thats 4b shares !!!

    That was when Pensador WAS funding the refinery !

    So MS know has to fund a refinery to the tune of say 500m when you include site costs etc. And the refinery is now half the size.

    Nothing good at all.
