    Seems like a smart move to be explorer, producer and seller - through new JV.... however agree this continuing mystery around Pensador which has only taken money from our coffers so far is not good news. . . MS and team are not stupid, and so I read into the announcement a desiree to keep SP low for a while. Also not great news.
