Neptune Marine to buy Link Weld Engineering

Sydney - Wednesday - December 20: (RWE Aust Business News) -
Neptune Marine (ASX:NMS) will buy Link Weld Engineering, a Perth-based
specialist engineering firm servicing the oil and gas sectors in Western
Australia.
The price includes an upfront payment of $4m for goodwill plus
the value of plant, equipment and work in progress. A further payment of
$3m will be made over a three year period.
The payments consist of cash and the issue of Neptune shares to
Link Weld shareholders.
Link Weld currently has annual revenue of $12m and is expected to
make an immediate contribution to Neptune's earnings per share.
