The peace talks are largely irrelevant for PSA now. They are ending yet another year with No approvals, No cash, a major cost blowout at Hummer and no idea what they will do next. Looks like a cash raise is soon to follow with a major dilution the only option. They keep saying that they will look at asset sales but the GOM assets are of little value net of debt. Hope 2019 is better for all holders.
