i doubt you could side track from a request from significant shareholders (SSH). if TZ put up a new board before an EGM reguested by SSH's it would require a EGM itself to vote on them.
what a waste of time that would be.
they could only put up their choice of board at the requsted EGM. and have people vote for either board.
shareholders come first not board members.
