    Hmmm... could be a case of IMPULSE buying ... in that event suggest you discuss a fast 30 Day REFUND with your pal ...

    Blue Chip is considered VERY expensive for what it is.

    Suggest your pal begin reading anything by Tate or Guppy as step one ... all available from A&R and Dymocks.

    Shares magazine did a review of 64 charting/trading programs ... Mar2001 I think .. check with them ... back copies are available for $10.00 posted.

    I have suggested an investment of about $100.00 to get his head around the 'what and how' sufficient to then be able to make an informed decision ...
