you sure did warn us nk, and i thought you were wrong to be so negative on Brightstar and A1 generally. I wish I had of listened! I have more perspective now thanks to posters like yourself.
At the end of the day i want to be part of A1's journey again, but im loosing belief in them. Not because of the new management, but because it may just be too difficult to make a reasonable profit from Beta.
I really do want to see them succeed though, it will be an awesome effort from here.
If I had my way, i'd suggest a 50-50 JV @ Delta, with a buy-in of $10+mill upfront and free carry through DFS. That will remove the immediate cashflow/creditor problems, get them back in the black and allow the bank balance to appreciate for the first time in quite a while.
Solutions can be found, just depends on the cost. Something's gotta give though...
