Thanks for the info nightstalker (and all aws posters). On the positive side - with some irony - at least we no longer have to subtract aws fron the balance. Our's is/was only 200k so no great heart ache, but I do have empathy for those with large holdings. Guess noone foresaw this "brock type" bend coming when it did.
