It is certainly worthy of a VERY thorough investigation.
It IS illegal to trade and selll shares while insolvent - and a lot of us were obviously taken in with the fact that the Hugell and Hoile stores were doing SO WELL.

Yep, the stock has gone from my holdings too - just checked.
I actually had over 25 grand outlaid - so no small bickies - I had in my head 5 or 6 grand - but that's just what they were worth at suspension time....
Damn them......
