the market usually shrugs off the may to aug slump...early sep, after all the majors have reported....and since most had reasonably good reports we should see a turnaround.... go look at your charts for last year....except for the banks and the first hint of sub prime look at bhp for eg; then a little hiccup in oct ....to remind all about the mystery crash of 1987....a ploy for you to sell
some are pessimists and some are optimists....... depends which one you are..then see things accordingly
