    Goodnu,

I will only address a few of the points in your much more refrained post. You either fail to understand, or are deliberately choosing to block it out, but as far as getting any of the DOCA's up it is academic from our point of view as we do not vote! Therefore who are the good guys and the bad guys don't count for anything if you are a creditor, as all you are concerned about is getting the best return on your dollar. Past history, future for shareholders, concern if the IP stays here or goes to North Korea etc counts for little when, as a creditor, you are trying to pay your mortgage etc, you go for the quickest and best deal.

Again with out trying to temper your enthusiasm, you are preaching to the converted here, as we all want to best outcome for us as shareholders. However, our fate is not in our hands. All we can hope is that those behind the Pinder DOCA can give it their best shot. Harping over the pros and cons of each DOCA, while helping to pass the time, is not what the Pinder syndicate and nor us should be concentrating on.

As for some of the other points while it is easy to throw around things such as tax losses however, you may be aware these are subject to very stringent regulations by the ATO, and requires expert tax advice. However, simply are of no value if the Company does not make a profit. This is all under the advice from those who are providing the non-legal advice to the Pinder secret syndicate.

The last point I wish to make, as we are becoming circular, and I am not into playing spinning games, where after becoming giddy (the state of mind not our poster) we all fall down and agree with you. Yes we are uninformed, which we have said many times before, and as such some, especially myself, are making decisions based on that. As far as I am concerned I am not into leap of faith deals based on "trust us" statements. As Giddy (the poster) pointed out there are Nigerian proposals for that.
