A very well thoughtout piece. I apploud you. However with all the rhetric that has gone over the last few days, not once have I heard anyone propse for an action group to be formed tobegin the process of removing the directors. To do this I would first presume that we would have to know how strong a voting position we could muster thru HC members willing to agree to cast their votes against the directors, then If we could see that we have a strong following then ask for an EGM to resolve the issue of Directors etc. As a novice I do not fully understand the procedures required to unseat directors etc. We need sombodywho is more conversant to continue on this approach
