AS usual they will catch on after rise to $4. It was notfactored in to be effective immediately which means earnings accrual start earlier than anticipated. Also Australian centers are not yet factored into Bioshares conservative earnings estimate of 8o cents in 2007-2008. This stock is not followed closely because most shares are held by insiders. That is why move up will be dramatic. Technicals are also very bullish. My opinion only. Do your own work.
