I think this offer is very short sighted IMO. They've really only started to lay the foundations of the China expansion + done the ground work for alot of other good growth outcomes.
Voting Yes or No, I'm not overally concerned.
If Yes, I will make a small profit and won't have to see the SP spiral downwards for no apparent reason. + can invest in a new company.
No, I can *hopefully* reap the rewards of long term growth + potential higher takeover price.
