One thing for sure is the stock is worth more with a change of management and board...the fact that Swisse and Blackmores have achieved so much and NaturesCare et al have come from nothing to be much larger than Vitaco's established brands shows that mgmt have dropped the ball. Ryan is a nice guy but just doesn't seem to be aggressive enough in tapping into chinese demand....where is the innovation and product development??

Im happy to breakeven on this and move on but do feel this is a low ball bid. Breakfee is only $3m.....
