It appears as though Tomboy may be suspended he has asked that i report that to you all , I was in attendance to the meeting with the Lawyers last wednesday .I think the point raise here is do you all as I do wish to join in an attempt to claw back what appears now to be lost that being our investment in MBN. THAT IS THE WHOLE POINT. There is a chance as indicated at the time of the meeting if we can raise enough funds it would be possible to proceed to the point of having a senior QC view the case for an oppinion whether to proceed with a chance or not I am not here to get into a slanging match with anyone , there is a lot of work to do that would assist the legal team on our part . Now as I am a FIFO worker I cannot be around all the time to carry the burdon with tomboy , so i would ask for anyone whom wishes to come forward and assist please do so , this needs to be an open and transparent approach to go forward .so to all of you whom wish to register your details if you have not allready done so and you want to take part in trying to retrieve what we have lost , please write to me or Tom you can write to me on [email protected]. I reside in Perth and wish to activly take part in this prospected class action , if we dont try we dont get thats how simple it is .so have a read and concider our situation and write with regards to the above if you wish participate and move this proposed action forward,
