    This company is not in a brilliant position to do anything other put pressure on CSC by folding - which would leave CSC in the manure.

    Presuming the CSC bid is true (someone said it was on the NYSE) then I can't see anyone else bothering with it.

    The only leverage the directors had here was to basically blackmail CSC into a takeover.
