my 7 June departure comes soon, Itinerary well set and French riviera will be 30 June-4 July. Personally I don't like choosing between Bollinger or Dom Perignon and therefore plan on having copious quantities of both!
Dont forget I am in OCP not ISF. As a top 20 holder this is not an insignificant holding for me, and nicely in the money. I note that for OCP there were 2 events, sale of Signature Security and the sale of ISF shares and the ISF con notes. Pleasing to see the Signature sale completed late April. Thus OCP currently sits on $1.20 cash per share. The sale of ISF when completes brings in another 96ish cents. Thus when done they will sit on $2.16 cash and still own 50% of Baycorp. From here I would expect a circa $2.00 return of capital. I then expect the shares to be worth 50 cents plus upside depending on what they do with Baycorp, sell out or buy balance not owned. Either way I suspect that I shall be in the money in August, and ready to seek out other juicy opps.
So having said all of that are you in for a champagne on the Riviera?
