It did take me while to think about replying to the last post however, I felt it was better to reply rather than let it pass.

I had also asked about the costs being incurred as from experience these types of projects are expensive. They have indicated that they are looking at a due diligence period, and one wonders who will carry out this work and again the cost for the experts to undertake the work, as well as corporate, tax advice etc.

One of the other things that needs to be considered is that sharehoders are going to have to ratify share issues new directors etc, so shareholders are going to have to be professionally and fully informed.
