Good morning guys.
I re-read my original post a few times and decided to have it removed.
Everyone can make up their own mind as to how they wish to progress with this.
I did have a chat to one of the gentlemen involved in the 249D.
He was quite disappointed in the response from shareholders, given our precarious position and the fact they spent quite a bit of their own money setting it up.
Bottom line is, with Wolf allowing us to become de-listed and the complete lack of communication, they have effectively treated us shareholders with contempt.
Despite their lack of communication when questioned by the ASX, you need only go back to the response the Company was quick to make as to why we shouldn't vote for the new guys. You'll notice it came from a law firm so at least now, we have a way of making contact if we want to.
If anyone has access to Matthew Wood, he could be our great white hope. He has good connections to Mongolia apparently and if anyone can possibly turn this around, then he can.
For mine, I intend to lodge a complaint with the regulator. I am extremely concerned that if something is not done soon, there's a chance that these good Mongolian assets may disappear once and for all. With a little luck, the ASX will take the baton and see if they can make the Company a little more accountable.
Post is my opinion only.
