    forget private hospitals diamond dog fact is they are a commodity that cannot be used with the current insurance situation

    docs are moving to public hospital only work where they have guaranteed insurance

    mums have a choice..they can have bubs at home with a midwife or in a public hospital with a hospital doctor or they can go to NZ which has a no fault compensation scheme

    there will be very few docs working in Mayne facilities in the future

    one insurance claim is worth more than the cost of building a private hospital..the award in the Simpson v Diamond case was $12m...
