Yeah but, sure but, no but! I'm an optimist by nature but it's not blind optimism and nor is it blind wishful thinking. It's optimism guided by hard cold realism. I don't like Chinese business practices. Nor do I like their flagrant disregard for international law. As I write this I'm watching a program on Chinese so-called "artists" copying Van Gogh paintings. That's what they do. Their political and social system does not allow for experimentation of thought, thinking outside the square, or creativity. Silicon valley on the other hand, is a product of free thinking, of entrepreneurship born of freedom. It could never have happened in China where following rules and orders and towing the party line is the paradigm. And so, they rip off the ideas of the west. That's all they can do. They know it, and they know that's the only way they can rise as a power. Jinko will not be a saviour for GSL It may actually be their demise. Anyway, thirty-six days overdue from a stated funding conclusion is not a good look and it goes on and on with no word unless as we were told, there are an awful lot of "i"s to dot and "t"s to cross.
