re: to aussiedoc/share buyback? Hi guys, yep does have dates. The announcement I read did not. Sorry.

As far as the share buy back goes,

From the chairmans report Dec 15,

"working with Intrepid International Finance Ltd to raise up to A$50 million in
convertible note financing to develop the Rincon Salar and other projects."

"The board believes that a portion of the proceeds from the converting note issue should be
used to finance a share buy back to the extent of $2-5 million. This resolution will be put to
share holders at the upcoming AGM."

Apparently at the AGM the share buyback was approved.

Excuse my ignorance but why borrow $50 million to spend upto 10% in a share buy back?
