I'm loading up at these levels. Also it's a 1:1 CR. I read this as the more I have now the more I'll get allocated in the CR at a 20pc discount to the existing SP. Now the speculative part. My opinion is that as soon as the CR is complete, lo and behold they solve the software incompatibility problem, perform the required tweaking to get the iris component up to speed and wallah! The SP starts to climb. Then they announce the first stage of commercialisation whether it be a deal or some sort of government funding and once again wallah! The SP keeps heading north. Then the real fun begins. Minitiarisation upgrades completed, major deals signed with major companies. Wallah! The SP heads north again. That is the path that I am speculating will occur. Confidence level?90%. Why? I am of the opinion that we are where we are for a reason. None of what has happened has happened by chance. The tech is solid, of that I am confident. The major shareholders have been increasing their positions for months. Why would they not be bailing out now if the future was dire? Simple answer: because it isn't. Why would Cicero be throwing 3 mill at it? For the fees? I daresay not, rather for the large capital growth that lays before them. Why would RL increase his stake, get someone on the board and I surmise pump more of his hard earned into the CR? I once again surmise that he also is confident of the future. Also bear in mind that only small volumes of shares have traded hands since the last announcement. That's a good sign. It seems most holders still hold.
Yes what has transpired is not what we all would have liked to happen and I will not air my opinion on this thread about what I think about the ways and means of how we have arrived at this point. Nevertheless, we move forward.
Potential threats. Legal action. If this occurs then I think we will be snookered. I once again surmise that this will cause further delays which will be quite detrimental. Having said this, I can completely understand why some holders may wish to pursue this avenue however I think it will be counter productive long term. Once again an unknown factor beyond our control.
Anyhow, nought will happen before Christmas I daresay to with that in mind its time to put NXR aside for a while, get into the festive spirit and focus on what is really important in life. Family and friends. Good luck everyone. Stay safe and have a wonderful Christmas.
