    spoke to a broker earlier today and once Hawkswood lodge their Statutory docs (as per ASIC regs), ADY will have the additional 21 days to make payment, from Sept 30th, hence Oct 20th.

    So those selling today, believing pmt is due tomorrow, may want to get some advice or even ring the company for clarification, as you are selling yourself short.
