I wish the CBA would improve their service to customers before axing anymore jobs. Even straightforward requests (e.g. changing a loan from a variable rate to a fixed rate), which should take a couple of weeks, end up taking months. And they have to be chased and prodded the whole way. Without exaggeration, this is my experience say 80% of the time. I feel like, in my deaings with the bank, I have become a defacto manager of what staff they have left.

One thing I should say is that CBA is better than Colonial which was taken over by them. But neither come even close (in my experience) to the State (Rural) Bank which was taken over by Colonial. Never had any hassles with the State Bank. So much for the benefits of privatisation.
