Hey, thanks for below response.

cheers

West Australian Metals Releases its Third Quarter Activities Report
26/04/2005 7:41PM
Since a subscription Deed signed on 10 November 2004, Western Australian Metals has an exclusive right to invest up to $1,000,000 and not less than $500,000 in shares and convertible notes in Asthmastop. These funds are to be provided in tranches subject to Asthmastop achieving agreed development milestones. However, on 7 April 2005, WME paid $250,000 for 2,000,000 convertible notes to fully paid shares in Asthmastop at an issue price of $0.125 each following completion of Asthmastop's new laboratory in Perth. On 8 April 2005, WME placed to non-related parties 14,989,923 ordinary fully paid shares at 2.4 cents per share to raise $359,758.15 less costs. Unfortunately, Legal proceedings were initiated by Austin Engineering in the District Court of Queensland for the recovery of $83,570.88 plus interest for claimed overpayment of costs related to the Austin listing made to WME to be aggressively defended. As for exploration activities, the company reported that Leonora failed to delineate extensions to mineralisation.Third Quarter Activities Report
