ibr has applied to the asx to be delisted. i`d hate to be holding any ibr shares now, how would you ever get out.?
they probably will get demands from tmr to cough up their proportional share of developing the new mine, and if they dont pay up. they probably will forfeit their shares.
what a position to get yourself into when the informed advice from the ibr directors was to take the swap.
i cant beleive there was anybody so misguided not to take the swap, when it was explained if you went ahead with the swap you retained your share ownership of the ibr mine and the tmr mines.
how can they be so dumb.?
