    Hi Parrot,

The writing was on the wall for de-listing of IBR and Hugh Callaghan has said so when the take-over failed.

Any finances needed to get the Iberian assets into production will have to be paid by either the excisting shareholders (TMR included) or by a capital raising as per normal procedure.

The only obvious buyer of the outstanding IBR shares in the future would be ofcourse TMR.

In the meantime the excisting shareholders in IBR have to decide to sell now on the maket before the de-listing takes place, or put up with the scenario that they will only be able to sell the shares if TMR feels the need to take them of them.
This could mean being stuck with shares that or not tradeable for a long time to come.

Watch how many IBR shares will come on the market before de-listing.
