    1 round to chose the prefered replacement RE, then another to amend the constitutions.

    The 50% and 75% you refer to are the value/number required to change a scheme's constitution (Corporations Act)


    Does anyone read the situation differently?

    Would NOT be recommending the savemytrees bid with any great confidence. SMT is backed by PIS (FA group that pushed GS MIS in the first place)
