WHY???
Your sentiment states LT Buy - so one would assume you have done your research and are in this for the long haul.
Nasdaq or no Nasdaq the fundamentals are the same.
Do you really think our leaders should be pre occupied trying to placate people - just because the SEC has held things up. This is something that none of us have any control over whatsoever. Their main aim is to get Cvac to market and to drum up as much support as possible along the way - which from what I can see they are doing very well...
If you truly believe in this company then stop wasting your time asking about Nasdaq over and over and put some time and effort into accumulating as many shares as you can at these never to be repeated prices.
