    the time to be in is when there is near term potential and probable upside.

    ...i guess that is about now.

    the time to be really in is when everyone hates the stock and the world is going to implode on it.

    ....that was in the 30s

    the time to be out is when i am coming out of the driveway of my new McMansion, bought with uns capital gains, and driving my new mercedes, bought with uns dividends.
