Given the length of the halt I would think a more likely possibility is that they are in negotiations with another party about a JV with a US major to develop Ann Mason - which can be drawn out and is very subject to leaks and hence suspension from trading is often required.
Hope we find out on Monday.
I continue to believe this will hit a dollar by years end.
