How does the price of PMHOA in the market affect the distribution. As far as I am aware the distribution is determined by the number of ords, isn't it only converted options that will affect this by increasing the number of fully paid ordinary shares? Surely the listed options tradeable price will not have an impact? I am happy to stand corrected if you could explain that would be great.
