Damn good move if you ask me then - stop the usual buying up pre ex-date and then the sell off immediately post.
With record date of 5th June only those currently on the register plus those exercising options and receiving the shares prior to tuesday PM will participate. Any shares bought on Monday or Tuesday will not be registered in time.
Lets hope that it is a very positive Ann Mason announcement instead though that will see this stock finally start climbing again after months SP decline.
A nice run on PEN s well would be nice right now - esp as I already own 10x more PEN than I'll get in the in-spec.
