Well UBS has advised that allco's auditor has stated 'there is a material uncertainty regarding continuation as a going concern'.
Merrill have stated it is 'impossible to adequately assess AFGs fundamental outlook at present'.
Even AFGs CEO has admitted that AFG has no capacity to repay $900m of direct debt within 90 days that banks can call at any stage of their choosing now that covenants have been broken.
All told I would very careful before rushing into AFG today - it would have to fall a lot further before I would be interested, even on a ST trading basis.
