Thank goodness for some sanity from BB and Cujo, both accurate summations IMO.
I personally believe that VCR should have done more to support the SP before the SPP finishes eg announce to the market the fact that the directors are taking no pay at the moment and for some future undetermined time,( at the AGM in private conversation they said they would announce that), and that they are buying into the SPP(this has been done but only in the actual SPP documents, which a lot of people don't read accurately.)
But in saying that I have come to the conclusion that they have given up trying to understand why the SP does what it does after positive announcements, so what the heck.
