    Please read the announcement "TIGER SECURES US$30M FUNDING" in full detail. The plan is clear. Convert debt to capital at the rate of 1c per share such that Taurus gains majority ownership through its subsidiary QMetco (which is itself a delisted public company taken over by Taurus).
