    I'm 100% with your reasoning. And that's why I feel that if CAZ failed to take the matter to the High Court they would have been derelict of duty to their shareholders...

    ...far from shafting them by the decision as some have suggested.

    And there are many others interested in the ownership risks associated with mining in the state of Woeful Accountability, not just CAZ shareholders.
