In short...

Another group claims to have rights over the Peru Iron projects...this has been rejected by MAPSA.

SRK are seeking clarification via local legal representation and have requested their shares be suspended until the situation is clear.

Not good if you want out, need the funds, or bought on t+3...but in the current market, not a bad way to park you money in a share guaranteed not to go backwards (or forwards) in the interim.

No indication of how long this may last...but I suggest it is probably the prudent thing to do.

Might be an interesting re-listing when it finally happens...lots of uranium/coal/iron news between then and now.

Hope its not too long, but generally, these sorts of things can tend to drag out somewhat.
