Lakes has always been a bit of a political football. Nothing much has ever happened as the directors couldn't decide whether they wanted oil or gas. Lack of leadership has meant that the company has drifted along doing nothing. Funding hasn't been their strong point either.
Can't see it changing in my lifetime - a better investment would be hiding your cash under your mattress.
