SYDNEY (Dow Jones)--Australia's Macquarie Bank Ltd. (MBL.AU) said Friday it is establishing a consortium of investors with a view to bidding for logistics company Patrick Corp. (PRK.AU).
The consortium would make an all-cash bid pursuant to a scheme of arrangement for all of the shares in Patrick, the investment bank said in a statement to the Australian Stock Exchange.
