well i found out a little more about the voting , some of which you may also be wondering?
the count of the shares we hold to correspond with out voting forms is based about 2 days before the meeting.
so basically if you were wondering, if you buy more shares now those shares are counted in the vote too, if you hold nothing now you can still buy them and vote, and print out the last page of the announcement to send your form in.
I was thinking should I buy more now or wait until after the meeting and buy all my entitlements if the new board is elected and have a capital raising. i decided to buy more before the meeting and make my extra votes count and see what spare cash i have after.
the way is see it I'm buying more now and all extra votes will help get the new board over the line, but if they don't there wont be a new options issue and spp plan , bhushan will let the company drip feed off it and take it for nothing. the original deals were good if they were stuck too and not changed it would have been fantastic.
