A colleague said to me once (maybe 10 years ago) that if I know of a stock selling at 1c and that it will go to 2c then I should tell him and he'll buy. Needless to say I've never told him about such a stock, if I have ever known one.
What about ICG selling at 0.5c? Will it go to 1c? FP used to predict 30c ... oh those were the days.
