to buy options or heads??

Hi All,

I am currently in a position where I have averaged down the last few months for an average options price of 23 cents.

I am undecided if I should invest further in options to reduce my average price to approx. 15 cents or if I should invest that money into buying heads at approx. 23 cents.

Are the heads considered cheaper than the options at this point in time?

With the state of the market and with 17 months remaining before options expire, looking for your feedback.
