You seem to forget the $450M odd cash that AGO would have in the bank after all that exercising, greater than the current market cap and around 3c per share value.
It would be better they have that cash on hand for development and possibly even returning maybe 0.5-1c a share as a dividend, which would probably push the SP up again somewhat.
As a shareholder, to not want the options to come into the money is crazy.
