I've seen time frames given in reports cause similar confusion heaps of times. Does the 3-6 months refer to:
- the date given in the report, 19 Nov
- the time the report was written, possibly Feb 2016
- when the report was released, March 14 2016.
It's open to interpretation, but if it's after the committee meeting it should be soon.
Buy side is stacking early today.
